Job Summary:


Genesis Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP Security / GRC Administrator Support Consultant with 10+ years of experience to support SAP security, governance, risk, and compliance activities across complex enterprise environments. The consultant will provide day-to-day administration of SAP GRC, user and role security, Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance, auditing, troubleshooting, and project support.

Duties, Responsibilities, & Skills:


· Maintain, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control.

· Design and support SAP security roles for ABAP and Java environments, including S/4HANA.

· Manage users, roles, authorizations, and HANA security.

· Monitor GRC jobs, system performance, and security-related issues.

· Design and develop GRC reports and support audit and compliance reporting.

· Identify and remediate SoD conflicts, unauthorized activity, and security control deviations.

· Support GRC rulesets, mitigation controls, monitoring, and audit activities.

· Configure and support BRF+, MSMP workflows, custom paths, escalations, and approvals.

· Support GRC enhancements, WebDynpro, launchpad customization, email templates, logs, and ruleset uploads/downloads.

· Configure and support BRM integrations, including LDAP and HANA.

· Support Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and troubleshooting.

· Translate functional requirements into security designs, procedures, test plans, and technical documentation.

· Provide second-level support to users and functional/technical teams.

· Represent the SAP Security team in project activities, implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

· Develop security and GRC training materials as needed.



Requirements

· 10+ years of SAP Security and GRC experience in large, complex SAP environments.

· Full lifecycle implementation experience with SAP GRC 12, including ARM, EAM, BRM, Access Control, and Process Control.

· Strong hands-on experience with SAP user, role, and authorization security across ABAP and Java stacks.

· Experience supporting SAP NetWeaver and S/4HANA environments, including hybrid operating systems.

· Strong knowledge of SoD, GRC rulesets, mitigation, monitoring, SOX, and ITGC controls.

· Experience supporting Internal Controls, audit, and compliance teams.

· Experience with BRF+, MSMP workflows, WebDynpro, and GRC enhancements.

· Experience with HANA user security, SSO, LDAP, and BRM integrations.

· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Education:


· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related field.


Required Certifications:


· SAP Certifications Preferred.
