Role Description:

§ Align compliance initiatives with the organisations overall GRC strategy, ensuring that project activities and associated remediation efforts support the business’s compliance goals. Expectations for compliance requirements are understood, accepted and operational impacts & processes established and embedded. § Effectively oversees management of GRC security project elements within the global portfolio. Manage a geographically diverse range of project members, business & technical stakeholders, and third-party vendors to successfully deliver the GRC compliance program. § Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to project teams. Clarify understanding and direction to assist with the ability to design, implement, and operationalise effective enterprise level compliance resolutions. § Ensure key strategic projects are developed in accordance with rigorous business cases, to ensure appropriate scope, sequencing and interdependencies are proactively managed. Appropriate discovery is undertaken to establish scope. Use cases are developed in conjunction with business stakeholders and regional technology leaders. Scope, objectives, critical success factors (CSF), and comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements are documented, agreed, and signed off by all stakeholders and regional CIOs. § Be responsible for the overall governance and management of the GRC compliance project pipeline, including definition of roles and responsibilities for project delivery. Guide, lead and direct effective project teams (globally) to design, build and implement suitable, fit for purpose solutions. § Develop achievable roadmaps and report on the status of program management plans, incorporating project deliverables, scheduling, budgeting, and key project milestones. Support global reporting requirements within Clarity PPM. § Excellent documentation and conceptual strategic thinking abilities are required. Must be able to breakdown ideas/recommendations into simple, well-articulated, easily understood tasks that are achievable. § Communication and change management a key element of delivery. Work in collaboration with relevant teams to ensure effective communication and change management plans are in place and executed across regions. § Manage, communicate, and mitigate escalated project risks and issues. Report to management implications and agree appropriate path forward. § Review and manage changes to scope through a formally defined scope change process including implications to project outcomes, or resources, schedules, and budgets. § Manage, measure, and monitor projects through defined stage gates, to ensure mandatory requirements are realized before proceeding to next phase.
