DESCRIPTION

GRATO is currently seeking a Full Time server to join our team. We are looking for friendly, energetic, highly motivated servers (bar experience a plus, but not a must) who thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.


Expected pay is in the range of approximately $30-$40 per hour inclusive of tips.


General priorities and responsibilities


To exceed our guests' exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service.

To promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment.

To properly execute all necessary steps of service.

Always ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization.

Provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus.

Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.

To respond positively to guests' requests.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented

High energy with a keen sense-of-urgency

Knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills.

Display a confident and professional appearance.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

High school diploma preferred.

Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
