Mowing Technician

Job Location:  Blades of Grass Landscaping – Lagrenge, OH

Pay: Starting at $20/hour + Daily Performance Bonuses
Reports to: Mowing Foreman
Schedule: Full-time, seasonal (with opportunity for year-round employment)

Position Summary

Blades of Grass Landscaping is hiring dependable, motivated Mowing Technicians to join our growing team. This role works directly under a Mowing Foreman and is responsible for delivering high-quality lawn maintenance services to our residential and commercial clients.

We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time, and want to earn more through performance-based pay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform weekly lawn maintenance services including:

    • Mowing

    • String trimming

    • Edging

    • Blowing off hard surfaces

  • Operate commercial mowing equipment safely and efficiently

  • Follow assigned routes and job schedules

  • Maintain clean, professional job sites

  • Work as part of a crew and follow Foreman direction

  • Identify and report property issues or service concerns

  • Load/unload equipment and maintain trucks & trailers

  • Uphold company safety standards and procedures

  • Represent Blades of Grass Landscaping professionally at all times

Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation to work

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Landscaping or mowing experience preferred (but not required – we will train!)

  • Valid driver’s license
