At CESO, the Sr Graphic Designer leads the design of high-impact marketing and communication materials, including presentations, templates, and campaign assets. This position partners closely with Marketing Coordinators and technical leaders to visually express complex ideas with clarity and creativity. In addition to producing high-level work, the Sr Graphic Designer provides informal mentoring to junior designers and contributes to the advancement of the company’s visual identity.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the visual execution of key marketing deliverables including proposals, campaigns, and presentations.
  • Develop infographics, diagrams, and layouts that enhance storytelling and client messaging.
  • Review and refine work from junior designers, ensuring adherence to brand and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure graphics align with strategy, audience, and delivery timelines.
  • Evolve the company’s templates, icons, and brand resources in collaboration with Marketing leadership.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and continuous improvement discussions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required.
  • Certifications such as Adobe Certified Professional, or other recognized industry credentials, are valued but not required.
  • Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • An exceptional eye for detail in layout, content, and typography.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Time management skills.
