Description:
Columbia Technology Partners is seeking a Graphics Specialist to create and manage high-quality visual communication products that support organizational and mission objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling graphic solutions, coordinate production efforts, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. This role requires creativity, strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce graphic images and visual communication products in coordination with users and stakeholders
  • Develop layouts, illustrations, presentations, publications, branding materials, and other creative assets to support customer requirements
  • Utilize industry-standard graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, to create professional print and digital products
  • Set up and operate computer graphic systems and related production equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor preventive maintenance as needed
  • Coordinate graphic production schedules, priorities, and project timelines
  • Work with outside vendors to obtain production support and ensure quality deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure completion on time, within budget, and to user satisfaction
  • Present concepts, designs, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ensure all graphic products meet quality standards, customer requirements, and organizational guidelines

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience developing and producing professional graphic design products for print, digital, and presentation-based communications using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and deliver high-quality products on schedule and within budget

Requirements:
