Job description

At PMAT, we work on mission critical systems that directly support the warfighter, designing, building, and securing modern digital capabilities across cloud, data, and software environments. Our teams tackle complex, real-world challenges where delivery matters more than theory, and innovation is driven by curiosity, collaboration, and purpose.

Our 2026 Summer Internshipย provides paid opportunities for students enrolled in colleges, universities, and other qualifying educational institutions to gain valuable, hands-on experience while supporting meaningful work across engineering, technology, business, and corporate operations. Interns work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and develop practical skills while exploring careers supporting the Department of Defense.

About the Role: As a PMAT Summer Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals on projects that support our customers, employees, and the Department of Defense. At PMAT, interns aren't just observersโ€”they're valued members of the team whose ideas and contributions matter.

You'll intern alongside professionals who are passionate about solving complex problems and delivering capabilities that make a difference. Whether you're developing software, creating graphics for proposals, supporting capture efforts, analyzing data, designing marketing materials, or helping build the next generation of defense technology, your work will contribute to meaningful outcomes.

If you're passionate about learning, enjoy solving challenging problems, and want to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you. Outstanding interns may also be considered for future internship or full-time opportunities with PMAT.

We foster continuous learning in an environment that encourages collaboration and expands our capabilities.
