About the Role

The Social Media & Community Manager is responsible for building, managing, and growing the brand’s presence while fostering an engaged and connected online community. This role blends content planning, development, and execution, community engagement, brand voice stewardship, and performance tracking to ensure social channels meaningfully support brand objectives. You will act as the frontline brand ambassador, engaging audiences, moderating conversations, identifying insights, and translating community feedback into actionable recommendations for the broader business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and business objectives.
  • Manage social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
  • Create and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent, relevant, and timely content.
  • Develop, publish, and optimize social content including copy, graphics, photography, and video.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Monitor and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Build strong relationships with followers, partners, and brand advocates.
  • Manage customer feedback, inquiries, and escalations in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identify trends, platform updates, and engagement opportunities to improve content performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Sales, and internal teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support social media campaigns, partnerships, contests, and brand activations.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, including engagement, reach, audience growth, and sentiment.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve content strategy and community engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing social media channels and online communities for a brand, agency, or consumer-focused organization.
  • Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
  • Experience creating social content, including graphics, photography, and video.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and native platform analytics).
  • Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop and other content creation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, digital engagement, and audience behavior.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
