Marketing Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, versatile Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our marketing strategy and support the continued growth of our decorative lighting brand. This role is ideal for a creative marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

Working within a small cross-functional team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for bringing marketing plans to life across digital, print, trade, and sales channels. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with graphic design capabilities and the ability to translate technical product information into compelling marketing materials that resonate with designers, distributors, architects, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Execute and support in the development of the company's annual marketing plan, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, website, and trade show channels.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on results.
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets, including brochures, catalogs, email campaigns, social media graphics, presentations, and digital content.
  • Support a Graphic Designer in their workload, prioritizing efficiency and project needs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and creatives.
  • Work closely with the Product Development team and the EVP Sales and Marketing to develop marketing collateral to support product launches such as launch presentations, competitor analysis and product specification/data management.
  • Manage photography, video, and other creative assets in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Lead all initiatives related to website enhancements, revisions and data.
  • Oversee product information data to ensure all remains accurate and up to date across all marketing channels.
  • Assist with trade show management and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in lighting, interior design, architecture, building products, home furnishings, or a related industry.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience using Canva and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information into customer-focused messaging.
  • Strong ability to improve processes and gain efficiencies.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail a must.
