Job description

Position Overview We are seeking a Production & Installation Specialist in signage, graphics, production, and vinyl installation. This position involves working both in our production facility and on-site at client locations to fabricate and install a wide variety of signs and graphics. While experience in the graphics and signage industry is preferred, we will also train the right candidate. This role is approximately a 50/50 mix of in-shop production and field installation. Responsibilities: Accurately measure spaces and surfaces for sign production and installation Fabricate signs using various materials and tools, including cutting, routing, and finishing Install vinyl graphics, dimensional letters, wall wraps, vehicle graphics, and other signage types Safely operate equipment including printers, plotters, laminators, and hand tools Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and design proofs Communicate with the project manager and clients to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Follow company standards for quality and brand consistency Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and installation schedules Assist in keeping jobs moving through production without delays Communicate clearly with team members to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time Qualifications: Friendly, collaborative, positive attitude 1 - 4+ years of signage production and/or installation experience – will train Proficient in vinyl application - wall, window, and flat surfaces Experience with wide-format printing and lamination strongly preferred Strong measuring and layout skills; comfortable using a variety of tools Basic knowledge of sign construction and materials Ability to work from ladders up to 8 feet Valid driver’s license required; must be comfortable driving company vehicles for installations Must maintain a professional and safety-focused presence at all times while on job sites and operating company vehicles Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic Takes ownership of work and follows through without constant supervision Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly
