You won’t find any jewelry or watch display cases we are strictly service and restoration. We're are NOT a high volume shop even though we are bombarded with more service requests than we can accept. Some months are tougher than others but we will not sacrifice quality for volume so this number is not in stone. We are extremely passionate about the work we do bordering fanatical. The extra effort and pursuit to constantly get better and do high quality work is noticed and has defines our company culture.
Our initial watchmaking team will include:
1 - Master Watchmaker in a leadership role. Rolex experience is a must for this position. We expect 10+ years of total watchmaker experience but not a deal breaker. Experience on a lathe for bush and sleeve work would be fantastic but not a deal breaker. 1 - Very skill watchmaker that can work well with or without supervision. We expect 5 or more years of total watchmaker experience but not a deal breaker. The candidate we imagine will make a starting salary of $75k/yr and we will reach bonuses to take them to $90k+. If this sounds like you please apply.
If you don't meet the years of experience requirement, reach out anyways as we may still have an open position available for someone in their early stages of their watchmaking career.
If we sound like a fit for you, we are truly happy to welcome you to our team!
-Mike
