Are you an experienced hands-on problem solver who loves building, creating, and working both indoors and outdoors? Join our dynamic team at FASTSIGNS as an Sign and Graphics Production Specialist, where you’ll see your work come to life in your community—on storefronts, vehicles, walls, and more.
This role blends in-shop sign fabrication, painting, and finishing. Some days you'll be working with machines like the laser or Zünd cutter, and others you'll be in the paint booth. If you're ready to take pride in craftsmanship, collaborate with a supportive team, and help businesses visually communicate—this is the place for you.
Responsibilities

  • Operate fabrication equipment including laser engraver, Zünd (router), laminator, and vinyl cutter
  • Prepare substrates, assemble signs, apply pressure-sensitive vinyl, and perform finishing operations
  • Prepare and paint various materials
  • Load/unload, package, and stage materials for production and install
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and tools
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and report on equipment and inventory
  • Ensure quality control and accuracy throughout the production and installation process
  • Follow safety protocols and operate tools and vehicles responsibly
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of sign fabrication tools, including CNC machines.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in sign materials, fabrication and finishing methods and processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and general construction techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage workload independently
  • Good math, spelling, and measurement skills
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and installation instructions
  • Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Must have relevant previous experience in the sign and graphics industry.
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to kneel, stand, and lift for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in various temperatures and weather conditions
