Position: Marketing & Design Coordinator 

Location: 160 S. Badger Ave., Appleton 

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00/8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility for lunch break 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Create engaging, audience-specific content to drive engagement through digital media, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, our website, and others 

  • Maintain and update website content and functionality 

  • Design a wide variety of marketing and branding materials related to Youth Development and Youth & Family Services programs 

  • Create social graphics, web graphics, and other digital materials 

  • Coordinate and execute photography needs for the organization 

  • Capture video footage through interviews and b-roll footage and produce high quality videos 

  • Ensure consistency with the Club’s brand standards 

  • Collaboratively draft content for marketing and design materials and bring comprehensive marketing plans to life through design 

  • Create fundraising related designs for reports, donor materials, newsletters, and fundraising campaigns 

  • Provide design support for third-party events and fundraisers 

  • Assist with special event preparation and execution 

Pay & Benefits: 

  • Starting pay of $19.75-$25.50/hour, depending upon experience

What We’re Looking for: 

  • Associate’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field 

  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing and/or design experience 

  • Software proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) 

  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of how to build, maintain, and manage WordPress websites 

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
