Summary
Shape Process Automation (SPA) is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that strengthen SPA's brand, support business growth, and drive customer engagement across digital and traditional channels. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will manage social media, email marketing, content creation, marketing assets, and lead generation activities. While the primary focus is marketing, this position will also provide occasional sales support and assist with inbound lead coordination. Success in this role will be measured by marketing campaign performance, lead generation, and overall contribution to business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
  • Execute SPA's marketing strategy across digital, print and email channels to support business objectives, brand awareness, and market growth.
  • Develop and maintain integrated content calendars aligned with company initiatives and strategic priorities.
  • Create, manage, and distribute high-quality marketing content, including social media posts, graphics, videos, brochures, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
  • Manage and grow SPA's social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, driving engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging that supports marketing and brand objectives.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, customer communications, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that support trade shows and customer events, maximizing awareness and engagement before, during, and after events.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, including social media engagement, email marketing results, campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, including brochures, photos, videos, presentations, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility across the organization.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, responding to calls and emails
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between sales and marketing to ensure alignment and seamless customer experience
  • Continuously build knowledge of industrial automation technologies, applications, market trends, and competitive positioning to strengthen marketing content and communications.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

TRAVEL
  • Less than 10%

LOCATION
  • This position is primarily hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week onsite.
  • However, remote work arrangements may be considered based on business needs and candidate experience.

Qualifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different social media platforms and audiences
  • Experience with social media management and content calendars
  • Working knowledge of sales processes, lead management, CRM systems, and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support sales, marketing, and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3 -5 years of experience in a sales support, marketing, or hybrid commercial role, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing /industrial environment.
