People Architects is partnering with a highly respected, design-driven organization to hire a Graphic Designer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to a well-established organization where creativity, quality, and attention to detail are highly valued.


Position Summary:

The Graphic Designer is an exempt position that reports to the Director of Marketing. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling print and digital marketing materials that support Pro Design's sales, marketing, and customer communication initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Content Specialist and other cross-functional teams, the Graphic Designer transforms written content into engaging visual designs while maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.


Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.):


  • Translate written copy into visually compelling layouts for print and digital marketing materials.
  • Design digital marketing assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Design printed marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, sell sheets, flyers, sample books, lookbooks, newsletters, and other sales collateral.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for sales, training, and customer events.
  • Design installation guides.
  • Develop graphics, icons, infographics, illustrations, and other visual assets to support marketing communications.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate print specifications with outside vendors as needed.
  • Package production files for printing and file management.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Content Specialist and internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials that support sales, training, and customer communications.
  • Design website graphics and support website design initiatives as needed.

Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field required.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and professional graphic design experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of graphic design experience is preferred but not required if the candidate demonstrates exceptional design ability through their portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files for commercial printing.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and print specifications.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Shopify and Weebly is preferred but not required.
