Job description

Functions & Responsibilities

  •  Serve as Regional Manager for Industrial/Mil/Aero Embedded Products for North America
  • Regional Manager role is to develop new accounts and expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory responsible for all products in the Industrial/Mil/Aero Embedded portfolio
    Work collaboratively with Field Sales Engineer and other Business Development resources to identify target accounts/programs and close business related to Industrial/Military/Aerospace Product portfolio
  • Present the capabilities of all Industrial/Mil/Aero products in the areas of design, engineering, development, qualification, testing, program management, product life-cycle management, and IoT solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Eurotech Industrial/Mil/Aero Products to prospective customers and sell on value and differentiation.
  • Work closely with customers in the definition stage of program development with the objective of being part of the customer’s specification.
  • Capture customer requirements and accurately qualify program opportunities to build business cases to justify the pursuit of Industrial/Mil/Aero Products.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of Industrial/Mil/Aero Products and System opportunities.
  • Drive new Design Wins to ensure long-term revenue growth for Eurotech in the Industrial/Military/Aerospace segment.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecast information and regularly reporting
  • Identify product requirements specific to market needs and provide input to the Product Management Teams for product planning.
  • Work closely with Program Management, Engineering and other Sales Team members to ensure that Eurotech’s business objectives are aligned with our customer’s strategic direction.
  • Provide input and participation into selected tradeshows, technology days and industry events.

Qualifications

  • BS Engineering or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years specific Market Knowledge.
  • Proven track record of selling COTS embedded solutions into: Industrial, military, and defense applications.
  • 5+ years of customer relations experience in either a sales or related customer support role.
  • Experience in working with customers at all levels within an organization
  • Technical knowledge of Embedded Computing market and technologies, including SBC’s, Ethernet Switches, Multi-processors, I/O, Video/Graphics, High-Performance Embedded Solutions & Systems.
  • Knowledge of embedded COTS technologies and IoT software.
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Self-starter, inclusive, highly motivated individual.
