Client Experience Manager โ€“ Graphics & Exhibits

Position Summary

Exploring Graphics is seeking a highly connected, results-driven Client Experience Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence within the trade show, exhibit, experiential marketing, and large-format graphics industries in Las Vegas and surrounding markets.

This role is designed for a proven sales professional with established industry relationships and an active book of business within the graphics, exhibits, conventions, events, hospitality, or experiential sectors. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced demands of the Las Vegas convention and tradeshow market and has a demonstrated ability to secure and grow high-value client accounts.

The Client Experience Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and bringing new business to Exploring Graphics while positioning the company as a premier provider of custom graphics, branding solutions, and exhibit support services.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth
  • Actively prospect, develop, and secure new business opportunities

  • Leverage existing relationships and industry contacts to drive immediate sales opportunities

  • Develop strategic partnerships within the trade show, convention, hospitality, and experiential industries

  • Generate revenue through outbound sales efforts, networking, referrals, and client development

  • Identify opportunities for large-format graphics, exhibit branding, event signage, and custom graphic solutions

  • Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and active opportunities

Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned and acquired accounts

  • Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions

  • Ensure a high-touch, responsive, and professional client experience

  • Identify repeat business and upsell opportunities within existing accounts

Industry & Market Presence
  • Represent Exploring Graphics at industry events, networking functions, conventions, and trade shows

  • Maintain visibility within the Las Vegas convention and experiential market

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

  • Position Exploring Graphics as a premier graphics and branding partner

Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with estimating, production, project management, and installation teams

  • Assist in aligning client expectations with production capabilities and timelines

  • Support smooth project handoffs from sales through execution

  • Advocate for client success while protecting operational efficiency and profitability

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of business development or sales experience within:

    • Large-format graphics

    • Trade shows and exhibits

    • Experiential marketing

    • Convention services

    • Event production

    • Hospitality branding environments

  • Established book of business and industry relationships within the Las Vegas market

  • Proven history of generating revenue and securing new accounts

  • Strong understanding of graphics production processes, materials, timelines, and client expectations

  • Experience working with exhibit houses, agencies, convention clients, or experiential brands

  • Ability to develop and close high-value opportunities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing relationships with convention centers, exhibit companies, event agencies, or hospitality groups

  • Experience working within a fast-paced production or graphics environment

  • Knowledge of large-format printing, event branding, signage, and installation processes

  • Familiarity with CES, SEMA, MAGIC, NAB, and other major Las Vegas trade shows
