This entry-level position will involve a range of tasks, primarily focused on assisting with graphics production, The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for quality and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success. We are currently searching for a temporary team member to assist during the busy season from September through February. Key Responsibilities:Execute tasks that are assigned by the Graphics Manager with an emphasis on efficiency, quality and accuracy.Manage multiple projects at once and adhere to tight deadlines.Efficiently and accurately complete Production related tasks which include but are not limited to, working with various substrates, application of velcro or tape, test fitting graphics, trimming, laminating, applying Vinyl graphics, assembly of metal frames (BeMatrix, EZ wall, etc), and weeding & Pre-masking vinyl.Load and manage files in RIP software, ensuring accurate setup and print out quality. Demonstrate strong attention to detail by calling out any last minute color errors, typos, and other identifiable mistakes.Manage administrative responsibilities in NetSuite which include completing Tasks that are assigned by the Graphics Manager, providing timely status updates on projects, and accurately tracking time.Ensure material charge out sheets are thoroughly completed and returned in a timely manner.Maintain an organized and clean work environment to reduce the risk of misplaced or damaged materialsAct as the final quality control checkpoint for graphic items and collaborate with Graphics Manager, Account Teams and Project Managers to resolve any concerns.Occasionally collaborate with Account Teams and Warehouse Team to support smaller, quick turn items.Provide cross functional support in the warehouse, taking direction from Warehouse leadership, during lower production times in the Graphics department.Model and promote company core values – Individuals, Service, Excellence, Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation – across all interactions and work activities.Perform other duties as assigned.What we're looking for:A high school diploma or equivalent or related experience is preferred. "Sign Making" experience is required.Proven experience with vinyl, laminating, mounting and vinyl application is required.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop) is a plus.Knowledge of printing processes and RIP software is a plus.Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with many different personalities and departments.Possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, specifically in a fast paced and high pressure environment. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
