Summary/Objective
Graphic Village is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoicing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a variety of accounting and administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial systems, and customer service to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using accounting systems such as Sage, Coupa, Ariba, and other platforms
  • Ensure proper general ledger coding and maintain accurate financial documentation
  • Split and allocate invoices across multiple markets and/or vendors as required
  • Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data
  • Support general bookkeeping activities
  • Respond promptly to billing inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies and determine appropriate invoice allocations
  • Apply technical accounting knowledge to support daily financial operations
Qualifications amp; Skills
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with governmental or nonprofit accounting standards is a plus
  • Solid analytical skills, including the ability to review financial data and perform account analysis
