What you will do:
Franklin Sports, Inc. is looking to hire a Content Designer focused on Ecommerce and Marketing. This new role is responsible for developing digital-first creative assets that support brand storytelling, product marketing, and online conversion across eCommerce, social, email, SMS, paid media, and marketplace channels. This role combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of PDP development, digital consumer behavior, and performance-driven creative execution. The ideal candidate brings a modern design perspective, experience creating content for both paid and organic campaigns, and the ability to translate product and marketing strategies into engaging digital experiences. This position works cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, photography, and creative teams to deliver compelling content that strengthens brand presence across all digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the industry, experience designing for digital platforms and e-comm, and a solid understanding of graphic trends and industry standards.

This position is located at our headquarters in Stoughton MA with a hybrid option and will report to the Director, Creative Services.

IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL:

  • Design and optimize ecommerce focused designs across digital storefronts with compelling product storytelling, feature callouts, comparison graphics, and conversion-focused layouts
  • Create static and animated content including GIFs, motion graphics, paid social ads, and organic social assets across digital channels
  • Build digital advertising assets optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, retail media, and marketplace platforms
  • Develop enhanced product content and enhanced marketplace assets including Amazon A+, Walmart.com, etc.
  • Support product launches with cohesive creative assets across all customer touchpoints
  • Partner with marketing and social teams to develop creative that supports brand storytelling, campaign performance, and community engagement across both paid and organic channels
  • Contribute creative ideas that elevate product presentation and overall customer experience while maintaining brand consistency
  • Analyze consumer behaviors, competitor content, and digital trends to optimize creative effectiveness
  • Photo manipulation, retouching, color correction, clipping, and asset cleanup as needed
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital design, eCommerce marketing, or creative content development
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing assets, social content, and PDP best practices
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a special emphasis on animation tools
  • Experience designing for digital marketing, social media, email, web, and eCommerce platforms
  • Portfolio showcasing strong digital creative, social, and brand storytelling work
  • Experience within sporting goods, consumer products, lifestyle, or eCommerce brands preferred


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with After Effects and digital motion design
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify
  • Understanding of digital marketplace content standards
  • Knowledge of digital marketing performance and conversion-focused design
  • Curiosity and familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows, including content ideation, image generation, asset refinement, and production optimization for digital marketing and eCommerce applications
  • Understanding of social-first creative trends and platform best practices

For this role, the pay range is $65,000 โ€“ 79,000 annually, which is what we reasonably expect to offer when filling the position. Your actual offer will depend on things like your experience, skills, and what you bring to the team.
