Job description

Xponential Fitness is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the in-house creative team for the fastest growing fitness brand in the country. The ideal candidate has experience working across the complete Adobe Suite, designing printed and digital assets. With the fast growth of the company comes a fast-moving workflow so our ideal candidate is a well rounded designer who thrives in a high-speed environment, handles feedback well, and can take an idea and run with it to deliver an entire cross-platform campaign. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Design promotional and seasonal creative following brand standards

  • Version seasonal and quarterly creative for printed and online use, including social media advertising, display ads, posters, flyers, magazine ads, banners, brochures etc.

  • Communicate directly with franchise owners to deliver individual project requests – studio ad placement, print, email, social material etc.

  • Manage print portal - Provide packaged files and communicate directly with vendor 

  • Design material to be used for internal training, marketing or segment marketing

  • Yearly convention set design, material design and media production

  • Understanding and a willingness to strengthen their Motion Graphics abilities

  • Create both static and video ads for all social media platforms

  • Design internal templates and presentations

  • Basic copywriting and editing skills for promotional materials and internal presentations

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellence in Adobe Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects 

  • Experience designing print and digital advertisements

  • Understanding of digital content including mobile ads and applications

  • Organizational skills 

  • Must be detail-oriented, service-oriented and have a positive, can-do attitude 

 Experience

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience  

  • 2+ years of additional experience in one or more of the following: HTML coding, social media marketing, copywriting, photo and video editing

  • Franchise system experience a plus
