The Digital Graphic Designer creates high-quality digital and print design solutions that support Guardian's consumer and B2B marketing initiatives. This role transforms ideas, campaign objectives, and stakeholder feedback into engaging creative assets for web, social media, email, digital advertising, connected TV, trade shows, events, presentations, and printed materials.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design digital and print assets that translate campaign goals and brand requirements into engaging creative materials.
  • Create graphics, layouts, and visual treatments for web, social, email, advertising, presentations, events, and print materials.
  • Create, refine, and finalize on-brand design assets by developing concepts, editing imagery, incorporating feedback, and aligning work with Marketing priorities.
  • Coordinate with agencies and print vendors to ensure outsourced work meets brand, quality, timeline, and production requirements.
  • Prepare accurate, print-ready files using Adobe InDesign and Creative Cloud tools.
  • Develop print specifications and coordinate proof reviews to support accurate, high-quality production.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field from a four-year college or university preferred; or associate degree from an accredited art institute.
  • 3+ years of professional design experience in an in-house creative team or agency, with a strong portfolio of digital, web, and print work.
  • Experience designing consumer or e-commerce websites focused on user interface design, lead generation, and measurable digital engagement.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools on a Mac platform, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva; Microsoft Office required and After Effects preferred.
  • Strong project ownership, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, prepare print-ready files, work with vendors, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
