Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives, trade shows, presentations, branding efforts, and communications across multiple channels. This role will coordinate marketing projects, develop collateral, assist with graphic design, manage event logistics, and serve as the primary liaison with our external marketing agency. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, signage, and promotional items.

  • Develop sales presentations, proposals, and customer-facing materials.
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and related logistics.

  • Support website updates, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and creative asset files.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of marketing, communications, or coordination experience.
  • Experience with trade shows, event planning, and print production preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
  • Strong organizational, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travelling up to 10%
