Position Summary
Support project teams through all phases of architectural projects, from early concept design through construction documentation. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for producing high-quality visual and architectural work. The Architectural Designer will contribute to design development, visualization, and documentation while gaining exposure to a variety of project types and scales.
Responsibilities
  • Support project teams through all phases of architectural projects, from early design concepts through construction
  • Perform a range of design and documentation tasks on projects of moderate size and complexity, with guidance from project managers and senior designers
  • Produce high-quality renderings, 3D models, and presentation graphics that clearly communicate design intent and support client goals
  • Develop architectural drawings and models in Revit for both design development and construction documentation
  • Assist with space planning, design studies, and coordination with project managers, senior designers, and consultants
  • Document design concepts, layouts, and technical ideas developed by others
  • Take collaborative approach and participate in internal design discussions, charrettes, and team meetings
  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s or Master degree in Architecture
  • 2โ€“5 years of post-graduate professional experience in an architectural practice.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (required)
  • Exceptional rendering and visualization skills, with the ability to work efficiently under project deadlines.
  • Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment across multiple sectors, project types and phases
  • Experience with Lumion or similar real-time rendering software (preferred)
