What You Bring to the Table:
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
  • Excellent production design judgment with close attention to detail, accuracy, quality, accessibility, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with team leadership, resource planning, and operational problem-solving.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Creative Production, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of production design experience within a retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel environment.
  • 2+ years of experience leading creative or production teams.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing production workflows, resource allocation, prioritization, and delivery timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience creating or maintaining production templates, standards, documentation, file structures, naming conventions, or quality-control processes.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing assets to meet brand standards, technical specifications, accessibility requirements, and channel-specific guidelines.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, Project Management, Digital Experience, or external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading an in-house production organization.
  • Experience with digital asset management, workflow management, and AI-enabled production tools.
  • Experience supporting digital, print, retail, and marketing production deliverables.
  • Experience managing freelance designers, agencies, or external production vendors.
