Job description

Purpose: 

The Graphic Design Administrator will support the marketing team in developing visually compelling materials that communicate our brand, science, and product value. This role will play a key part in translating complex concepts in animal health and nutrition into engaging visuals for diverse audiences. 

Accountabilities: 

  • Effectively utilizes Asana to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and collaboration with team members
  • Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, ads, social media graphics, product packaging, and trade show assets
  • Maintain and evolve BioZyme’s brand identity across all channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns
  • Develop visual content that simplifies scientific and technical information
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution
  • Assist in website and email design updates
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual standard
  • Stay current with design trends and tools

Qualifications: 

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field 
  • Required Experience:
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and digital design skills
  • Experience with resizing 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience with digital marketing assets and social media design
  • Basic understanding of print production processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing and able to relocate or live within commutable distance of Headquarters (St. Joseph, MO) 
  • Willing and able to be 100% in-person for this role
