You'll also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep customers coming back for more. To qualify for this Shift Manager, the-road-to-success-is-paved-with-meats job you: 

  • Have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience. 
  • Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service. 
  • At least 18 years of age. 
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
