re:fab is onboarding finish carpenters and granite counter top installers for an upcoming commercial project in Rehoboth Beach DEJob Type: SubcontractorPay: Competitive - based on experience & scopeAbout re:fabre:fab is a full-service painting and renovation company with over 33 years of continuous growth. We are expanding our subcontractor network and actively onboarding experienced finish carpenters to install granite counter tops.

What You'll Do

  • Install windows, doors, trim, cabinets, molding, partitions, etc.
  • Perform commercial and residential remodel tasks
  • Read and work from blueprints, plans, and project specifications
  • Collaborate with estimating and operations teams
  • Cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other building materials
  • Maintain accurate measurements and quality workmanship
  • Complete daily logs and project updates
  • Follow local building codes and company safety procedures

What You Need

  • Professional Finish Carpentry experience (2+ years)
  • Residential framing & remodeling experience (required)
  • Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and plans
  • Knowledge of commercial construction practices
