Granite Countertop Installer

GranitePro | Sykesville, MD | Full-Time

GranitePro is seeking a skilled and motivated Countertop Installer to join our growing team. We're looking for experienced installers who take pride in their craft, but we're equally open to driven, hardworking individuals eager to build a career in the stone industry. Responsibilities

  • Install natural and man-made stone countertops, vanities, fireplaces, and more
  • Remove existing countertop materials including laminate, tile, and solid surface
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication sheets, and templates
  • Make on-site adjustments to ensure proper fit and finish
  • Coordinate with office, template, and fabrication teams for seamless job execution
  • Deliver top-tier customer service and conduct final walk-throughs with customers
  • Lead and mentor helpers or junior installers as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized tools, vehicles, and job sites
  • Follow all safety protocols and company SOPs
  • Meet job schedules and proactively communicate any updates

Qualifications

  • Experience in granite or quartz countertop installation preferred; motivated beginners will be considered
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills
  • Punctual and dependable โ€” able to work 40+ hours per week
