Grain Handler Opportunity

Looking for more than just a job? Join a team where your hard work opens doors for advancement! As a Grain Handler, you'll gain hands-on experience in grain operations, equipment maintenance, and safety practices—skills that can lead to future opportunities in operations, logistics, or management within our cooperative.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle grain loading/unloading and maintain grain quality.
  • Operate and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
  • Keep facilities clean and safe (dust control, housekeeping).
  • Track grain inventory and assist with seasonal demands.
  • Work collaboratively with a team that values safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work long seasonal hours, climb heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working in varied environments, including tight spaces.
  • CDL A license is a bonus and may be required for certain tasks.
