Join our team for the summer harvest! We're seeking Seasonal Scale Operators who will play a key role in providing excellent customer service by accurately operating the scale and assisting with daily operational and maintenance tasks.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)

  • Greet customers in a positive, courteous manner and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operate the scale, probe grain, take samples, enter sales tickets, and process customer payments accurately.
  • Assist with facility operations, including loading vehicles, maintaining cleanliness, painting, and performing general maintenance tasks.
  • Complete all paperwork and reports accurately and on time, while complying with state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, promote a safe work environment, and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including varying days, shifts, and overtime as needed.
  • Demonstrate basic computer skills and maintain regular, reliable attendance.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
