It involves cleaning the raw grains, removing impurities, and then using mechanical means to break them down into smaller particles. The resulting flour or meal is used in baking, cooking, and other food manufacturing processes. Grain milling can be performed on a small scale in mills or on a large scale in industrial facilities. The process ensures that grains are safe to eat and suitable for a wide variety of products.
