Job Summary (General Manager):
As the General Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the ownership group, leading a restaurant operation independently. Responsibilities include supervising crew members, executing administrative duties, and ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
  • Flavor First:
    • Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
    • Uphold company standards of food quality and freshness
    • Relay allergen and nutritional information to guests
    • Ensure adherence to company recipes
  • Connection:
    • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet goals
    • Delegate tasks effectively and report results
    • Anticipate customer needs and deliver a memorable experience
    • Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally
  • Pride:
    • Lead internal functions: Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
    • Oversee financial matters: sales & revenue, food & labor cost control, and store expenses
    • Manage weekly store inventory and purchases
    • Provide solutions in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • Passion for helping and serving others

    • Management experience in fast-casual or full-service industry
    • Serve Safe Certified
    • Strong customer service focus
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, staffing, etc.)
    • Ability to lift 30+ lbs
    • Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
  • Preferred:
    • Previous knowledge of food service regulations
    • Creative approach to marketing

Compensation: $46,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
