Job description

As our Agriculture Clerk you will support our Agriculture Division during harvest season. This role provides administrative and technical support for Harvest operations, including Dryer/Storage, Grower Services, Nursery, and the Rough Rice Lab.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter tickets accurately into the grain management database for harvest trucks.
  • Provide clerical support to Departments within the Agriculture Division, including telephone calls, filing, correspondence.
  • Responsible for weighing in/out Harvest trucks.
  • Communicate with growers, grower services, supervisor daily regarding harvest loads.
Schedule:
  • This is a part-time seasonal position anticipated to run from late September through early November (Harvest Season).
  • Monday - Saturday, 3:30pm - 7:30pm (with flexibility to stay later until the last truck departs).
Work Environment:

Primarily office-based with some exposure to truck exhaust and moderate noise during harvest.
