TB Clearance or TB Risk Assessment, Health Screening, Fingerprint Clearance, Reference Check and Board approval will be required if employment is offered. Please list at least a current and/or past supervisor as reference, including an email address. Annual Mandated Reporter Training and Blood Borne Pathogen Training required of all employees.
