Summary
Assisting with development and maintenance of multiple university websites. Contribute to overall web marketing, internal communications and special projects/presentations.

Essential Functions
  • Keep university websites current using content management system and HTML code.
  • Assist with developing university sites.
  • Works collaboratively with other members (marketing and communications, ITS, colleges, programs, directors, University leadership, and others) to meet business goals, user needs, and deadlines.
  • Develop graphics for advertising, digital signage, presentations.
  • Develop HTML emails.
  • Keep current with software and hardware needed to produce successful projects.
  • Involved with web interface design and page layout design.
  • Other duties assigned by Director of Web and New Media.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Content management system experience preferred.
  • Experience with Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Adobe Premiere, Keynote, or video editing/animation building capabilities are a plus.
  • Visual Communication Technology major with a focus in web also a plus.
  • Detail oriented, eye for design, and dedicated quality of work.
  • Resourceful individual who can work independently as well as in a team.
  • Use of personal vehicle may be required.
