Primary Responsibilities Provide project leadership and technical guidance for internally and externally funded product developments Coordinate, prepare-for and lead presentation of design stage gate packages Align cross-functional development team to execute the New Product Introduction (NPI) company standard process Responsible for presenting to various levels of cross-functional leadership in design reviews and business meetings Develop and maintain project risk registers including mitigation plans, drive closure of risk actions Responsible for providing project forecasts and maintaining adherence to project budgets and schedules Lead investigations into product failures and other deficiencies utilizing root cause analysis methodology Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement mitigations for reliability risks Ensure corrective actions are implemented and track effectiveness in preventing reoccurrence Coordinate, prepare-for and co-lead presentation of monthly reliability metrics Use of JIRA and other project tools for Earn Value Management reporting Maintain project schedules to align with integrated master schedule milestones and customer contract deliverable Participate in and support the bids and proposal/sales process by providing engineering inputs including feasibility, NRE, risks and schedule estimates for new products or features Lead project scrums, closely involved in material shortage and build meetings Understand and communicate cause and effect of changes affecting schedule, quality and cost Coordinate engineering changes and lead Enterprise Change Assessment (ECA) technical pillar through the change process Lead department strategic goal alignment projects as needed Understand and comply with the company Quality Management System Required Education and Experiences Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
