What You'll Do MedHub is hiring a Senior Education Consultant, UME to join their team. The Senior Education Consultant, UME provides assigned consultation services, eLearning courses and national accreditation and market expertise to the product and client base to administrators and educators in all types of programs. This is full time employment and can be a remote position living in the continental United States.

Where You'll Work This position offers the flexibility of remote work in the United States with the expectation of occasional travel to meet the needs of our clients and stay connected with industry developments. How You'll Spend Your Time Share best practices and national expertise, product knowledge for the UME market. Manage Curriculum Mapping and Lottery as expert for client base.

Engage with executive level positions at client base to analyze and assess best practices. Deliver final reports, supporting documentation, and consultation summaries with recommendations for future actions. Work with internal MedHub teams to facilitate content development to enable product development and delivery.

At least 5 years of experience in undergraduate medical education in a hospital setting. Key Skills and Abilities/Qualifications Experience working across a complex organizational matrix. Experience mentoring new deans and directors.

Proficiency in basic computer technologies, specifically Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint. Current proficiency presenting to small and large group audiences either in person, via conference call and/or in web‐enabled environments using PowerPoint and other technologies. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences. Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for conferences, meetings, and client site visits. Ability to communicate with faculty and executive leadership in various types of institutions and organizations.

Ability to adapt quickly to change and deliver results in ambiguous environments. Mentoring new deans, directors, and coordinators. Share best practices and national expertise, product knowledge for the UME market.
