ACTIVE TS/SCI REQUIRED for this POSITION!
TapHere is looking for a self-starting, team-oriented Software Engineer, Integration to join our dynamic team in supporting space domain mission applications. The selected candidate performs integration activities such as executing interface tests, documenting test results, conducting initial integration issue triage, and managing routine integration environment configurations.

Experience Required:
  • Apply established integration processes, validating interfaces against defined specifications, supporting cross-team coordination during integration events, and executing environment promotions following existing procedures.
  • Research, design, and development of software systems, in conjunction with hardware product development
  • Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and test of software products
  • Apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis concepts and principles in the development of software for the target application
  • Work closely with cross functional members of the engineering organization to develop and evaluate interfaces between hardware and software, and operational performance requirements and design of the overall system
  • Contribute to determining, estimating, and validating the cost and scope of software efforts to ensure software performed meets program cost, schedule, and technical constraints
  • Active TS SCI
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Skills Required:
  • Proficient knowledge of software engineering and practical knowledge of project management
  • Capable of some project/process management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Shows initiative to recommend enhancements to systems and processes and achieve operational targets
  • Proficient with development of software test procedures, software programs, and related documentation
