Job description

External Description Software Developer position, focused on Informatica technologies, as part of the service management development team in ACI's IT Infrastructure Services organization. This exciting position will leverage the power of Informatica tools to extract, transfer, cleanse, and load critical asset data into ACI's service management tools and databases. Analyzes business requirements/processes and system integration considerations to determine appropriate technology solutions.

Designs, codes, tests and documents applications based on system and user requirements. Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.

Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Initiates and drives major changes in architecture and software development techniques/processes. Evaluates and recommends software and hardware solutions to meet business needs.

Plans and actively implements development assignments involving large, cross-functional projects or multiple projects. Qualifications Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience, or graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience. Minimum 3 years' experience in Informatica and Oracle PL/SQL Experience designing complex Informatica workflows (dynamic/static lookup, partitioning, building and/or utilizing custom adapters, experience with web services hub) Ability to understand and leverage database partitioning on Oracle Proven record of leading/mentoring junior developers onshore/offshore Strong data modeling skills, as well as exposure to design patterns, and object oriented design and development.

Competent to work in all phases of software development. Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information effectively to both IT and business audiences. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Familiar with unit test, mock, test driven development, agile methodology etc. Familiar with Java / J2EE/.NET C# would be a plus Salary up to $150k.
