Position summary : Responsible for various tasks and projects to enhance their experience in the field utilizing their education. This role will incorporate various parts of business including project management and marketing content.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers, Senior Project Management Assistant and Project Management Assistant II in contract/project administration and management.
  • Continuously track and monitor multiple contracts/projects and budgets.
  • Update task tabulations spreadsheets and other contract/project performance tracking spreadsheets.
  • Edit, format, and finalize specifications and reports for submission to clients.
  • Enter data into systems.
  • Assemble data and research.
  • Assist with administrative duties.
  • Maintain accurate and current project documentation.

Nonessential functions and responsibilities:

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Working Conditions
