Job description

Project Managers are responsible for: 

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Oversee field operations, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and manpower.

  • Ensure work complies with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and QA/safety standards.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and change orders.

  • Drive project profitability and identify opportunities for value engineering and efficiencies.

  • Prepare and present monthly cost reports and financial forecasts.

  • Coordinate material takeoffs and procurement with field leadership and purchasing.

  • Attend jobsite meetings, GC/owner meetings, and customer events as required.

  • Administer contracts, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, RFQs, and change management.

  • Monitor staffing levels, resource allocation, and field productivity.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for project teams.

We are looking for an individual with the following: 

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in commercial specialty interiors construction.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including contracts, drawings, schedules, and specifications.

  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

  • Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience.
