Role: Construction Project Manager
Location: Evansville, IN
Duration: Full Time
 
What you will do:
Project management across multiple disciplines.
Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
Manage project schedules, including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
Manage administrative tasks and project execution through project management software.
Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Required Skills:
5+ years of construction project management experience.
Experience with industrial projects up to $10 M.
4 degrees in Construction Management or equivalent OR trade experience.
Proficiency in MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Demonstrated leadership skills leading multi-trade construction teams.
