Urology Residency Program Director
Dignity Health St. Joseph's Medical Center in partnership with Touro University Medical Group is looking for a Program Director to help develop a Urology residency program. This opportunity is in a "Privademics" setting.
We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, a passion for graduate medical education, and want to join a collegial medical community that strives for excellence.
About the Opportunity
  • The inaugural class of Urology residents started in July 2022
  • Program has 2 residents per year
  • State of the art training facility
  • H1B eligible facility
  • Must be American Board Certified or Eligible
  • New program joined 8 existing residency programs
  • 355 bed Acute Care Hospital
  • DV5 and Xi DaVinci Robot

Compensation Details
  • Employed model with 2 year income guarantee. $545-550k annual base and higher earning potential with this busy practice opportunity.

Qualifications
  • Model professionalism and commitment to patient care with compassion, sensitivity, and dignity
  • Program Director applicants must have three (3) years' experience educational and/or administrative experience as core faculty member, Assoc/assistant Program Director or Program Director in an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency Program
