The individual will work as part of a team in all facets of civil engineering including site and street design, design plans, engineering estimates, technical specifications, details related to the design of highway and street infrastructure, horizontal and vertical alignments, roadway and site grading, construction staging, signage, pavement markings, traffic signals, drainage systems, utilities, etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, highway and street design, or closely related engineering 
  • Experience using CADD (MicroStation and/or AutoCAD)
  • Experience with InRoads or Civil 3D modeling a plus
  • Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) is required.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and pass a background check

The projected range for this position is $75,163 - $107,375 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for NY only.
