Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking an experienced and dedicated, compassionate Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Green Bay Clinica Hispana Family Medicine Team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality care to individuals and families across all ages. This role will eventually evolve into a float position. The ideal candidate will be an experienced NP or PA who is committed to patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous professional growth. Ability to speak fluent Spanish highly desirable.  

Shift Hours: Part-Time 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week)

Practice Details:
  • 36 hours per week (4 Days a week in clinic )
  • No call, No weekends, No holidays, No nights
