As an Assistant General Manager, you will be challenged to exceed the expectations of our guests by delivering on the Pizza Ranch Product and Service standards of operation. You will also be expected to assist the General Manager in leading the day to day operations and support the management of the guest experience through Qualtrics data and feedback. At the Pizza Ranch, you will have the ability to drive store level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs. Most importantly you will have the opportunity to provide genuine care for all our staff and guests and to create legendary impact to those you come in to contact with.
