Join our Sales & Operations Planning(S&OP) team as our Procurement Assistant (Supply Chain) and play akey role in keeping our operations running smoothly.  From purchase orders to product launches, you'llwork cross-functionally with teams across manufacturing, merchandising, andoperations, gaining hands-on experience in how products and materials movethrough the business.

Specific Respsonsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor purchase orders from entry through delivery, helping ensure our products and materials flow seamlessly across the business
  • Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
  • Track orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear, organized purchasing records
  • Support demand planning and warehouse operations with data entry, receipt tracking, and documentation
  • Coordinate purchasing requests across teams, including manufacturing, merchandising, and project support
  • Assist with supply ordering for production needs and product launches
  • Flag discrepancies and partner with Planning and Finance to resolve issues
