Supply Chain Intern

Position
The Supply Chain Intern will gain knowledge and understanding of the business through hands-on activities, coaching, and projects.
Responsibilities
  • Supplier Relations amp; Sourcing: Assisting in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with potential suppliers, as well as maintaining relationships.
  • Order Management: Creating, tracking, and resolving issues with purchase orders (POs).
  • Data Analysis amp; Reporting: Analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and cost data to support purchasing decisions.
  • Documentation amp; Compliance: Maintaining accurate records, including contracts, tender documents, and invoice data.
  • Project Work: Assisting in procurement process improvements or specific sourcing projects.
  • Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance supply chain operations.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a Supply Chain or Supply Chain related field (minimum GPA requirement or 3.0)
