Job Description

The Assistant Coach / Women's Soccer will assist in coaching the Women's Soccer program. Assists in evaluating, recruiting, and coaching student athletes. Provides individualized and team instruction to student athletes. Will collaborate with other coaches in working directly with student athletes, parents, and contributors on all aspects of the program. Reports directly to the Head Coach / Women's Soccer.

Required Qualifications

Soccer coaching and/or playing experience at the NCAA Division I level.
Firsthand knowledge of individual and team skills.
Strong desire and ability to promote the sport.
Excellent work ethic and communication skills required to recruit high level student athletes and interact with parents and coaches.
Division I recruiting experience.
Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
Experience as a coach or player for an NCAA Power 4 program or professional sports organization.
